- Answer player questions and support requests in the game.
- Check reports of cheating, abuse or bugs and document them.
- Run small in-game events together with the community team.
What we look for
- Knows the game or classic MMORPG systems well.
- Patient, polite and impartial — never favours friends.
- Keeps GM tools and player data strictly confidential.
What every role asks for
- Volunteer role — unpaid, no contract; you help because you enjoy it.
- Fully remote with flexible hours; you should be able to give at least 5–6 hours a day.
- You must be 18+ when you apply; crew work touches player data, so we may verify your age.
- Native-level in the language of the team you apply for; basic English to talk with the studio (not needed for the Turkish team).
- An active Discord account and a stable internet connection.
- You play Ancient Online or genuinely enjoy classic MMORPGs.
