- Welcome new GMs, moderators and testers and share the house rules with them.
- Keep a weekly overview of support, moderation and testing and report it to the studio.
- Be the first contact when a problem needs a decision.
What we look for
- Earlier experience leading a guild, clan, community or volunteer team.
- Reliable and reachable; replies within a day.
- Good judgement and discretion with player information.
What every role asks for
- Volunteer role — unpaid, no contract; you help because you enjoy it.
- Fully remote with flexible hours; you should be able to give at least 5–6 hours a day.
- You must be 18+ when you apply; crew work touches player data, so we may verify your age.
- Native-level in the language of the team you apply for; basic English to talk with the studio (not needed for the Turkish team).
- An active Discord account and a stable internet connection.
- You play Ancient Online or genuinely enjoy classic MMORPGs.
Nice to have
Experience as a GM or moderator in an MMORPGOrganised; comfortable with tools like Trello, Notion or spreadsheets
