Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms cover only this Site. The game Ancient Online: Remastered is subject to its own conditions; purchases in its in-game Item Shop are governed by the Purchase Agreement and the Refund Policy.

2. Using the Site

You may browse and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in breach of any law;
• try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, probe them for vulnerabilities or disrupt the Site, for example by overloading it;
• send spam, automated or misleading messages through the contact form;
• collect content or email addresses from the Site by automated means for unsolicited messages;
• impersonate Astronaut Entertainment or members of its team.

If you find a security issue, please report it responsibly to ground@astent.games instead of exploiting it.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — texts, artwork, logos and the names “Astronaut Entertainment”, “ASTENT” and “Ancient Online: Remastered” — belongs to Astronaut Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Third-party images are used under their licences and credited in our humans.txt file. Except as allowed in these terms, you may not copy, modify or publish them without our written permission.

4. Press kit licence

Journalists, content creators and community sites may use the materials in our press kit free of charge to report on Astronaut Entertainment and its games, provided that you:

• do not alter the logos (colours, proportions, lettering) or combine them with other marks;
• do not suggest that we sponsor or endorse you without our agreement;
• do not use the materials in advertising or merchandise without our written permission.

We may withdraw this permission in case of misuse.

5. Messages and submissions

You are responsible for what you send us through the contact form or by email. Please do not send confidential information or unsolicited game ideas: we cannot treat them as confidential, and sending them creates no obligation or payment on our side. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Volunteer crew applications

Crew roles on the Careers page are volunteer positions as described there. Applying does not create an employment, agency or other contractual relationship. Perks mentioned on the page, such as in-game store balance, are given only to accepted crew members under the conditions announced at that time.

7. Information on the Site

We describe our games while they are in development. Features, platforms, languages and dates may change, and nothing on the Site is a promise of a release date or of specific content. We try to keep the Site accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions.

8. Links to other sites

The Site links to services we do not control, such as Discord and hCaptcha. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Liability

The Site is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the Site after a change, the new terms apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
