Purchase Agreement
The terms that apply when you buy with real money in Ancient Online: Remastered.
This agreement applies to purchases of Ancient Jade made with real money in the Item Shop of the game Ancient Online: Remastered. By ticking the consent boxes on the payment page and completing the payment, you accept this agreement and the Refund Policy.
1. Parties
Seller: Astronaut Entertainment (“ASTENT”, “we”), Türkiye, the developer and operator of Ancient Online: Remastered. Contact: ground@astent.games.
Buyer: the user who starts the order from their own game account (“you”).
2. Product
The product you buy is Ancient Jade: digital content that can only be used in the in-game Item Shop. The package name, the amount of Ancient Jade it contains and any bonus are shown on the payment page before you pay.
- Ancient Jade cannot be converted into real money;
- it cannot be transferred or assigned to another account;
- it has no value outside the game.
3. Price and payment
The total shown on the payment page is in Turkish Lira and includes all taxes. Payment is taken in a single charge through PayTR, a licensed payment institution.
Your card details are collected directly by PayTR; we never see or store them.
4. Delivery
As soon as the payment institution confirms the payment, the Ancient Jade is delivered electronically to the game account you ordered from; there is no physical delivery.
After delivery we send a confirmation email with your order summary, and a notice arrives in your in-game Mailbox.
5. Right of withdrawal
Ancient Jade is digital content delivered the moment the payment is confirmed. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
By ticking the relevant consent box on the payment page, you ask for delivery to begin immediately and accept that your right of withdrawal ends as a result. The cases in which we refund are described in the Refund Policy.
6. Conditions of use
You may use Ancient Jade only within the rules of the game. If a payment is disputed through your bank (chargeback) or a fraudulent transaction is detected, the related Ancient Jade is taken back and your shop account may be restricted.
7. Formation of the contract and records
The contract is formed when you give the consents on the payment page and the payment institution confirms the payment. We keep the order record (date, amount and the version of the text you accepted).
How we process your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and in the privacy notice on the payment page.
8. Changes
We may update this agreement; the date at the top of the page shows the current version. For each order, the version you accepted when placing that order applies.
9. Disputes and governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers. In a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, or to the Consumer Courts above those limits.
If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
