Refund Policy

1. General rule

Ancient Jade is digital content delivered to your account the moment the payment is confirmed. Because there is no statutory right of withdrawal for products of this kind, the price of Ancient Jade that has been delivered is, as a rule, not refunded. For details see the right of withdrawal section of the Purchase Agreement.

2. When we refund

In the following cases we review your request and, if it is justified, refund your payment:

• your payment was taken but, because of a technical fault, the Ancient Jade was not delivered to your account;
• you were charged more than once for the same order by mistake.

3. How to apply

Write to ground@astent.games and include:

• your order number (shown in the order confirmation email);
• the username of your game account;
• a short description of the problem.

We will never ask for your card number, password or verification codes; do not send them by email.

4. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are sent back to the payment method you used; how long the amount takes to appear depends on your bank.

The Ancient Jade corresponding to the refunded amount is deducted from your account. If your balance is not enough, the missing amount is recorded as a debt on your account and deducted from your next top-up.

When the refund is complete, a notice arrives in your in-game Mailbox.

5. Payment disputes (chargebacks)

If you dispute a payment through your bank, the Ancient Jade delivered with that payment is taken back and your shop account is restricted while the case is reviewed. If you have a problem, we recommend writing to us first; we can resolve most cases faster.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit the statutory rights you have as a consumer. In a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts.
